Collected Personal Data and its Purpose

The Club Secretary keeps personal details submitted by Members of the Club, via the Membership Application Form and will only pass details on to other parties when the individual Member's consent has been given.

Acknowledgement from The Kennel Club stipulates that any details passed on to the them, at their request, will not be passed on to any other third parties, or be used for anything other than for the information required on their original request.  This may include personal details in relation to Good Citizen testing returns as required as part of the Good Citizen scheme.

Section 4 Election of Members

(b) Members may indicate on the Application Form to restrict access to their details by other Members.  However, it is a condition of acceptance and continuance of Membership that Members' details will be given to The Kennel Club if so requested.  Members' details will also be given to Association and Branch Officials for the purpose of carrying out Association and/or Branch business.

Section 5 Members' Contact Details

An up-to-date list of Members and their addresses, and those of Branch Members where appropriate, must be maintained and, if so requested, be made available for inspection by The Kennel Club and Members of the Society.
