As Instructors we like to acknowledge the time and effort handlers who train with us put into training their dogs. Previous Instructors have donated trophies, to be awarded annually, to recognise these efforts.  Trophies are held by the handler for a year and then returned to the Club when they are exchanged for a replica for the handlers to keep.
